“I can’t handle this stress anymore! No matter what I do, nothing is working. I’m spending money like crazy, I can’t work any harder, and have no idea what to do next! It feels like I’m dying inside.”
Those were my thoughts back in 2002 when I lost my first office because there wasn’t enough business for me to pay the rent.
I had those same feelings weeks after watching the second airplane fly into the New York tower on 9/11.
Those fears surfaced again in 2009 when the housing market crashed, and we went into recession.
Again, although not as bad, in 2020, because of the pandemic.
You work hard to make a good living, strengthen your marriage, lose weight, instill self-esteem in your children, and get your bills paid off.
And then, BAM, some new BS situation shows up and steals away all your progress.
If you google this topic, the advice is all the same.
“Don’t quit. Watch inspiring movies. Listen to motivational music and audiobooks. Exercise, meditate, and do yoga.”
All of that is great, and I recommend this as well, but it’s not enough.
Here’s the secret to manifesting opportunities, creating miracles, or attaining BIG goals.
Find the limiting belief (fear) that’s holding you back, upgrade it, and then program your brain to notice or “tune in” to the opportunities in front of you that are currently invisible.
A radio can “tune in” to specific soundwaves (frequencies) that are invisible to the naked eye.
The radio doesn’t create the soundwaves but merely connects with them to produce the type of music you enjoy.
You can produce country, jazz, classic, metal, rap, and R&B music within seconds by adjusting your radio tuner to the appropriate station or satellite.
Your brain works similarly by “tuning in” to the information it believes is relevant and ignoring all other possibilities and options.
In the hit movie, The Secret, high achievers spoke about the Law of Attraction and how to manifest goals, miracles, and dreams using it.
The basic idea is that what you think about most, you draw into your life.
Focusing on what you’re afraid of will cause you to behave in a way that brings those fears to life.
Even if those fears never happen, you’ll still feel like they did because of the emotional suffering dwelling on worst-case scenarios causes.
Reversely, focusing on desirable outcomes will cause your brain to recognize opportunities that lead to remarkable positive results regardless of the present circumstances.
Four challenges keep people from the results they desire.
1. They are unfamiliar with universal laws like attraction, intention, or repetitive action.
2. They possess unconscious beliefs that sabotage their ability to “tune in” to the desired outcomes and happiness they want.
3. They are not recognizing blind spots keeping them stuck.
4. Not having the support and feedback from a collaborative group to help you thrive.
I continually chose to act rather than hold back, take calculated risks, and invest in myself even when I didn’t have the money to do so.
That’s why I’ve made it through every challenge and adversity life throws my way and will continue to do so.
I can help you overcome all of those challenges so get intentional and reach out to my office for help.
Seize the moment or live with regret.
Choose wisely.
