For Veterans, Their Spouses, And The People Who Love Them
You came home. Part of you is still out there, still scanning, still braced for something that is not coming. You are not broken, you are not weak, and you are very far from the only one.
There is a documentary about a veteran family who found a way through it. It is yours to watch, right here, right now. No email, no signup, no catch.
Nothing to fill out. Nothing to buy. Educational content, not medical treatment.
We Know What This Actually Looks Like
And you should not have to explain it to anybody else, either.
You sit facing the door. You clear every room before you settle into it. Fireworks in July put your heart in your throat and you laugh it off, because that is what you do.
Sleep comes in pieces. Some nights it does not come at all. Your spouse says you are not really in the room even when you are sitting right there, and the worst part is that you know they are right.
You have been told to talk about it. You have been handed prescriptions. Maybe both helped a little, maybe neither did, and either way you are still the one lying awake at 3 a.m. doing the math on how long you can keep this up.
None of that means something is wrong with you. Your nervous system did exactly what it was trained to do, and it never got the order to stand down. The training took. That is the system working, on a mission that ended a long time ago.
And if you are the spouse, or the parent, reading this while they are asleep in the next room: this page is for you too. You have been carrying this alongside them, usually without anybody asking how you are doing.
17.5 a day
That is the average number of veterans lost to suicide in 2023, from the VA’s own 2025 report, 6,398 people in a single year. Behind that number are hundreds of thousands more who are still here, still functioning, and still white-knuckling it in private.

Two Minutes
The trailer for One Final Mission. Two minutes and forty seconds, and it will tell you whether the rest of this is worth your time.
One Final Mission, official trailer. 2:42.
The Whole Thing, Free
Forty minutes. No email, no form, no signup. It follows one veteran family, Sergeant First Class Joshua Kempf and his wife Bethany, through a different approach after the VA route had run out of road. Watch it here, or send it to someone who needs it.
One Final Mission, full documentary. 40 minutes.
Share it. Tim’s goal with this film was never to sell anything, it was to get it in front of the people who assume nothing else is out there. If it lands with you, pass it to a veteran, a spouse, or a parent who is quietly in the same spot.
Who This Is For
You struggle with PTSD, TBI, anxiety, depression, anger, or any of the other things that showed up after deployment and never fully left.
You have watched them withdraw, lash out, wake up from nightmares, go quiet, or reach for something to take the edge off. Veteran spouses carry this too, and almost nobody thinks to ask how you are holding up.
You watched a lively, happy kid go overseas and come back as someone you do not always recognize, and you have never quite known what to do about it.
You never served, but something happened, and your mind has been running on its terms ever since. The approach in the film is not only for the military.
In Their Own Words
Their experience, not a promise about yours. Results differ from person to person.
Sergeant First Class Joshua Kempf
“I’ve served in the United States Infantry for 21 years. In 2008, during my second tour in Iraq, my vehicle hit an IED and I got blown up. Since then I’ve suffered from a TBI and PTSD.”
“Just admitting I needed help was a struggle because of the ‘I’m a tough guy’ mentality, and it felt like a weakness. But after getting nowhere with talk therapy and all the medications the VA gave me, we looked for an alternative approach and found it.”
“I finally get to be present and calm in social situations and enjoy time with my kids and wife. Since then, I’ve joined Tim on the new mission to help as many fellow veterans as we can. They need to know that they’re not alone and we can do this together.”
Bethany Kempf, Veteran Spouse
“We got married one week before Josh left for his first deployment. He showed signs of PTSD after his first trip to Iraq, but the changes in him were noticeable after his second.”
“It was painful to see the affectionate, calm, happy man I married transform into someone who was distant, hyper-vigilant, angry, and constantly on guard. There was a constant heaviness in our family.”
“We both went through Tim’s program, because most of the attention goes to the veteran when the spouses need it as much as they do. The tension is basically gone and we are communicating better now than ever before.”
Another veteran, in his own words, on what changed and what it took to get there. Four and a half minutes.

What The Work Actually Is
The One Belief Away™ Method works on the conclusion underneath, not the symptom on top. Here is Tim explaining it in under three minutes.
Freeing Veterans With PTSD Using Hypnosis. 2:39.
Combat training and deployment change how the brain handles threat. Coming back does not undo that on its own, and the standard options are mostly built to help you live around it rather than finish it.
What the method goes after is different. Somewhere in the worst moment, your mind reached a one-line conclusion, and it has been quietly running that line ever since. Change the line and the things built on top of it start letting go.
Not the story, the sentence. Something like it should have been me, or I’m dangerous now, or I don’t get to be happy after that. Most people have never said it out loud once, which is exactly why it has kept its power.
A belief holds you because part of you treats it as fact. When you see where it came from, and see that it was a conclusion rather than a verdict, the grip loosens.
Using guided relaxation and focused attention, a new conclusion goes where the old one was. Not a slogan you repeat, a conclusion your body accepts. That is when the door-facing and the 3 a.m. sessions start easing off on their own.
The Next Step, If You Want One
One on one, virtual, wherever you are. You describe what is going on, in as much or as little detail as you want. Tim tells you straight whether this work is a fit for you, and if it is not, he will say so and point you somewhere better. There is no intake packet and no file.
Or Start On Your Own Tonight
If getting on a call with a stranger is not where you are right now, that is fair. THE RESET is the same work, self-paced, at your own hours, in your own house, with nobody to explain yourself to.
