Children and teens are incredibly imaginative and when you teach them how to focus that energy and creativity, not only does it show up in their athletic performance, it also greatly boosts their confidence and self-esteem.

We’ve used hypnotism to help kids in just about every sport from baseball, basketball, and football, to swimming, wrestling, and gymnastics. Our younger clients have also excelled in motor-cross,

and competitive cheerleading. Sometimes one’s confidence can be broken by a fall or injury. Others feel the huge pressure from succeeding at a higher level.

Our Indy Hypnosis hypnotists, many who were athletes themselves, teach powerful mental attitude and peak performance strategies that produce exciting results very quickly. We are very proud of the youth who have gone through our mental sports training. Quite a few went on to receive scholarships so they could pursue their athletic success at the college level.

Just wanted to share a couple successes before my son’s next session.
Two sessions in and he had a race this past weekend. The entire week up to race day is always filled with self sabotaging comments like my legs are tired, I’m not meeting my times, etc.

This time he had only positive comments about how great he felt… every day! On the drive down to    for his race,    was the chattiest he’s ever been!

His coach and   have both made a comment during training last week that for whatever reason, he just decided to jump in to some  400-800 sprints to end practice.     shared with me that this was something he usually wouldn’t do because he’s so used to those hard sprint workouts being so hard physically that it wore him down. He learned to despise speed workouts. And that has carried over here, but he forced himself out of his comfort zone in practice and was happy with the result!

During the race his entire body looked different… his face was determined and not fearful, his form was strong and aggressive, he never grimaced like he was holding back pain.
And as a result… he finished a very strong first with a time of 9:08… his PR from 2 years ago… and the school 3200 meter record! He was all smiles.
We discussed how much your mental training has to be affecting his performance and he’s in great spirits! It’s been great to see.
